DocuTech:
Imagine being able to take your print document (from any word processing or page layout program) to a printer - on disk - and getting back a hundred, a thousand, or even ten thousand pristine copies, each as flawless as the last. And then imagine this whole process taking not weeks or days, but 24 hours or less. That's the power of Xerox's DocuTech system. You see, unlike a regular copier, the DocuTech doesn't make copies. Every sheet that comes off the machine is an original. So you'll never see smudges, filled-in letters, darkened pictures, or inadvertent black borders on any of your documents.

DocuColor:
For extremely short run color printing (down to even a single page) EGX Digital Print offers a wide range of color copying services. Able to produce 16.7 million colors at 300 dpi on paper stock as big as 11x17 inches, our copiers are the perfect way to add pizzazz to your reports, proposals or ad sheets. And with the recent addition of computer interfaces, our color copiers can produce high quality originals from your computer files.

And now get them faster than ever on the Xerox DocuColor printer. Direct from your disk, your files will be true color originals, printed on paper, cardstock, label, or transparency. And cost-effective, too!

Heidelberg QMDI & GTO:
The new digital printing presses are here and proving their worth everyday. In the past, if you wanted full color, you had to buy in large quantities, even if you only needed a few hundred brochures. And you had to wait. Sometimes for weeks.

Today, EGX Digital Print has two unique digital presses: the Heidelberg QMDI and the GTO-DI, full-color direct to plate printers. These pieces of equipment now allows you to purchase full color postcards, product sheets, catalogs, and just about anything else put to paper in quantities as low as 250, at a cost that is significantly lower that traditional process color - up to 40% lower, in fact. What about the wait? Days or even hours instead of weeks.

Both the QMDI and GTO-DI can do this by eliminating many of the prepress steps traditionally associated with full color printing. Instead of having to take your artwork or computer file, create negatives, burn plates, register the plates, and run the job, the GTO-DI takes computer files and automatically images plates right on the press. Since these plates start life in perfect registration, few adjustments are needed and the job can be run almost immediately. As an added bonus, EGX Digital Print's GTO-DI has five color units, meaning that one unit is available exclusively for varnishes, spot colors, or special coatings.
